摘　　要：近年来,大蒜出口量基本保持平稳态势,但出口价格呈现快速上涨趋势。鲜或冷藏的蒜头、干大蒜和其他鲜或冷藏的大蒜是主要的出口品类,占比超过95%。印度尼西亚、美国、马来西亚是主要的出口目的国。整体来看,中国大蒜出口产业在面临挑战的同时,也迎来了新的发展机遇,需要政府、企业和社会各界共同努力,推动产业的可持续发展。In recent years,the export volume of garlic has basically remained stable,but the export price has shown a rapid upward trend.Fresh or frozen garlic,dried garlic and other fresh or frozen garlic are the main export categories,accounting for more than 95%.Indonesia,the United States and Malaysia are the main export destination countries.Overall,while the garlic industry is facing challenges,there are also opportunities for development.It requires the joint efforts from the government,enterprises and all sectors of society to promote the sustainable development of the industry.
