摘 要:论文提出了数字农食产品理念,分析了其核心是“提高人民品质生活”,对农食产品流通创新进行了分析。分析了我国数字农食产品的现状,如最新披露的我国互联网现状、国家政策支持、农产品网络零售、预制菜标准、冷链物流、生鲜电商格局、七大节庆活动总结、AI大模型的广泛应用、快递仍是产品物流重要引擎、农产品仍是电商引流产品、跨境电商新亮点等。提出了数字农食产品政策建议,如加快由监督向管理促进的转变,坚持电商高质量发展,坚持电商试点到示范的发展路径,鼓励平台、商家、消费者“分布式”平台合作关系,鼓励AI数字技术的广泛应用,反对将农产品变成“流量商品”,鼓励和支持中国农产农产品电商“走出去”,加强农产品电商发展战略研究,鼓励数字农产品“链式发展”,促进县域农产品电商可持续发展,继续探索数字农产品电商供应链金融模式的创新。The paper proposes the concept of digital agricultural and food products,analyzes its core of "improving people's quality of life",and analyzes the innovation of agricultural and food product circulation.The current situation of digital agricultural and food products in China is analyzed,such as the latest disclosure of China's Internet status,national policy support,online retail of agricultural products,prefabricated dish standards,cold chain logistics,fresh food e-commerce pattern,summary of seven festivals,the widespread application of AI model,express delivery is still an important engine of product logistics,agricultural products are still e-commerce diversion products,cross-border e-commerce new highlights,etc.Suggestions for digital agricultural and food product policies have been put forward,such as accelerating the transition from supervision to management promotion,adhering to the high-quality development of e-commerce,adhering to the development path from e-commerce pilot to demonstration,encouraging the "distributed" platform cooperation between platforms,merchants,and consumers,encouraging the widespread application of AI digital technology,opposing the transformation of agricultural products into "flow commodities",encouraging and supporting China's agricultural and agricultural product e-commerce to "go global",strengthening research on the development strategy of agricultural product e-commerce,encouraging the "chain development" of digital agricultural product e-commerce,promoting the sustainable development of county-level agricultural product e-commerce,and continuing to explore innovation in the supply chain finance model of digital agricultural product e-commerce.
