摘  要:在新质生产力发展的背景下,促进职务科技成果转化具有重要意义。德国职务科技成果产权制度在立法倾向、产权归属规定、利益分配机制等方面具有鲜明特色,为我国相关制度的完善提供了有益借鉴。通过借鉴德国的成功经验,可以促进我国科技成果的有效转化和商业化利用,推动科技创新和经济发展。In the context of the development of new-quality productivity,promoting the transformation of jobrelated scientific and technological achievements holds great significance.Germany’s property rights system for job-related scientific and technological achievements exhibits distinctive features in terms of legislative tendencies,provisions on property rights ownership,and benefit distribution mechanisms,providing useful insights for the improvement of relevant systems in China.By draw-ing on Germany’s successful experiences,we can facilitate the effective transformation and com-mercialization of scientific and technological achievements in China,thereby driving scientific and technological innovation and economic development.
