摘　　要：经济法作为调整经济关系、维护市场秩序的重要法律部门,在公共利益保护中发挥着至关重要的作用。但当前经济法在公共利益保护方面仍面临诸多挑战和问题。基于此,本文对经济法和公共利益保护的进行简要概述,分析经济法中公共利益保护面临的主要问题,如法律界定与适用的不确定性、执行机制的效率与协调问题、公众参与和社会监督机制的薄弱,以及新兴经济形态下的监管挑战。针对这些问题,文章提出了完善经济法中公共利益保护机制的建议,涵盖明确法律界定、优化执法体系、强化公众参与、健全监管框架等,希望为保障公共利益、推动经济社会和谐稳定发展提供坚实的法律保障。As an important legal field that regulates economic relations and maintains market order,economic law plays a crucial role in the protection of public interests.However,economic law still faces many challenges and issues in the protection of public interests at present.Based on this,this article pro-vides a brief overview of economic law and public interest protection,analyzes the main problems faced in the protection of public interests in economic law,such as the uncertainty of legal definition and application,the efficiency and coordination of enforcement mechanisms,the weakness of pub-lic participation and social supervision mechanisms,and regulatory challenges under new economic forms.In response to these issues,the article proposes suggestions for improving the public interest protection mechanism in economic law,including clarifying legal definitions,optimizing law en-forcementsystems,strengthening public participation,and improving regulatory frameworks,hop-ing to provide solid legal protection for safeguarding public interests and promoting harmonious and stable economic and social development.
