摘　　要：农村妇女财产权益保障是我国保护妇女权益,维持乡村社会稳定的重要一环。如今,越来越多的法律法规重视保护农村妇女财产权益,但现实中农村妇女的土地权益、继承和婚姻关系中的财产权益仍面临问题和挑战。究其原因,不仅受传统观念与文化因素影响,法律法规不健全、经济和社会发展不平衡等也对其保护构成阻力。对农村妇女的财产权益保护应着重从法律层面入手,完善相关法律法规,提高农村妇女法律意识,加强法律教育,对其提供优质法律援助等,多措并举方可为农村妇女财产权益提供更全面的保护,确保农村妇女将更好地享有和行使自己的财产权利,推动女性权益保护和乡村社会发展。The protection of rural women’s property rights and interests is an important part of protecting women’s rights and interests and maintaining rural social stability in China.Nowadays,more and more laws and regulations attach importance to the protection of rural women’s property rights and interests,but in reality,rural women’s land rights and interests,inheritance and property rights and interests in marriage relations still face problems and challenges.The reason for this is not only the influence of traditional concepts and cultural factors,but also the imperfection of laws and regulations,and the imbalance of economic and social development.The protection of rural women’s property rights and interests should focus on the legal level,improve relevant laws and regulations,raise rural women’s legal awareness,strengthen legal education,and provide them with high-quality legal aid,soas toprovide more comprehensiveprotectionfor rural women’s prop-erty rights and interests,ensure that rural women will better enjoy and exercise their property rights,and promote the protection of women’s rights and interests and the development of rural society.
