摘  要:养蜂业是我国农业发展的重要支柱之一,但我国的蜂王浆产业却逐年萎缩,其主要原因是蜂王浆的采集一般依赖于人工,生产效率低下。为此,提出一款新型高效的蜂王浆采集装置设计方案,包括取浆条输送机构、蜂王浆过滤收集机构、动力切换机构和车架四大部件。将设计结果进行了三维建模,分析计算了齿形链输送速度和离心转速,并对关键零部件进行了有限元分析。结果表明该设计采集效率高,符合强度与刚度的设计要求,机械结构设计合理。通过实验验证,在1900 r/min时装置实现了较高的出浆率(79.89%)和较低的破损率(5.5%),相比人工操作装置效率显著提升,完成单条取浆条的总操作时间仅为人工的19.53%。Beekeeping is a vital pillar of China’s agricultural development,yet the royal jelly industry has been declining annually.The primary reason is the reliance on manual harvesting,resulting in low production efficiency.To address this,a novel and efficient royal jelly harvesting device is proposed,comprising four key components:a jelly strip conveying mechanism,a royal jelly filtration and collection mechanism,a power switching mechanism,and a chassis.The design was modeled in 3D,with analyses performed on toothed chain conveying speed and centrifugal rotation speed,and finite element analysis conducted on key components.Results demonstrate that the design achieves high harvesting efficiency,meets strength and rigidity requirements,and features a rational mechanical structure.Through experimental verification,the device achieved a high extraction rate(79.89%)and a low damage rate(5.5%)at 1900 r/min.Compared to manual operation,the device significantly improved efficiency,with the total operation time per extraction strip being only 19.53%of that for manual operation.
