数字经济对长三角地区经济高质量发展的影响研究

摘　　要：数字经济的蓬勃发展可为经济高质量发展提供重要支撑和强大推力。本研究以2011~2021年我国长三角地区的面板数据作为研究样本,运用熵值法来评估长三角“三省一市”中的41个城市的数字经济发展水平和经济高质量发展水平,并构建模型来分析长三角数字经济对高质发展的影响及这种影响的传递机制。研究结果显示,(1)长三角地区的数字经济发展对于经济高质量发展具有积极的推动效果。(2)数字经济可以通过激发绿色创新活力与推动产业结构的优化升级,间接促进经济高质量发展。据此提出,全面加强数字基础设施建设,制定动态化的发展战略等建议。文章结论为促进我国数字经济与区域经济高质量发展提供了有益的参考。The vigorous development of digital economy can provide important support and strong impetus for the high-quality development of economy.The Yangtze River Delta(YRD)region of China’s panel data from 2011 to 2021 is used as the research sample in this study.The entropy value method is applied to evaluate the degree of digital economy development and the degree of high-quality eco-nomic development of 41 YRD cities.A model is then created to examine the relationship between the YRD’s digital economy and high-quality development,as well as the mechanism by which this relationship is transmitted.The study’s findings indicate that(1)the YRD region’s digital economy’s growth is positively correlated with the economy’s high-quality development.(2)Through encouraging the growth of green innovation and the optimization and modernization of the industrial structure,the digital economy indirectly supports the high-quality development of the economy.Accordingly,it is proposed to significantly strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure and devise a dynamic development strategy.The article’s conclusions are important references for fostering high-quality development in China’s digital and regional economies.
