长三角地区数字经济对产业结构升级的影响研究

摘　　要：数字经济与产业发展的深度融合是推动中国新时代经济高质量发展的重要动力。为了深入实证分析数字经济对城市产业结构优化及升级的作用及其内在机理,本文基于2011至2021年长三角地区41个城市的面板数据,建立了双向固定效应模型以及中介效应模型。研究发现,数字经济的增长可以促进产业结构优化升级。此外,数字经济的发展不仅能够直接推动产业结构的优化升级,它还借助提升居民消费水平及促进绿色创新这两条间接路径,对产业结构的优化与升级产生了积极的影响。这项研究对探索城市数字经济可持续发展、助推其与产业结构转型升级深度融合具有一定的参考意义,为国家加速数字化进程、规范地方政策行为、精准制定产业政策提供了决策支持,有助于减少不同地区在数字经济发展和产业结构优化方面的差距。The deep integration of digital economy and industrial development is an important driving force for China’s high-quality economic development in the new era.In order to conduct an in-depth empirical analysis of the role of digital economy on the optimization and upgrading of urban industrial structure and its internal mechanism,this paper establishes a bi-directional fixed effect model and an intermediary effect model based on the panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2011 to 2021.The study found that the growth of digital economy can promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.In addition,the development of the digital economy can not only directly promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,but also have a positive impact on the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure through the two indirect paths of improving the consumption level of residents and promoting green innovation.This study has certain reference significance for exploring the sustainable development of urban digital economy and promoting its deep integration with the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,providing decision-making support for the country to accelerate the digital process,standardize local policy behaviors,and accurately formulate industrial policies,and helping to reduce the gap in the development of digital economy and industrial structure optimization in different regions.
