摘 要:预制构件接头是装配式地铁车站相较于传统现浇车站的显著结构特征。为探究注浆式榫槽接头的受弯变形及破坏机理,首先,通过试验明确接头注浆材料(改性环氧树脂)的压缩变形特性,以及改性环氧树脂与混凝土之间的粘结特性;随后,基于试验结果,提出考虑注浆粘结强度的接头注浆面接触模拟方法(粘结破坏模型),并建立接头弯曲加载的有限元数值模型进行计算分析。计算结果表明:1)接头的弯矩-转角曲线与已有试验结果拟合良好,其弯曲破坏裂缝的分布模式与试验观察一致。2)主拉应力的发展、浆液与混凝土的粘结关系破坏及裂缝扩展模式等计算结果,进一步揭示注浆式榫槽接头的弯曲变形机理。3)通过对比分析粘结破坏、摩擦和绑定3种注浆面接触关系的模拟方法发现,采用摩擦或绑定接触关系的计算结果会低估接头的抗弯承载性能。4)精细化模拟注浆式榫槽接头中混凝土与改性环氧树脂的粘结关系对于准确评估其力学性能具有重要意义。The prefabricated joint is a prominent structural feature that distinguishes prefabricated metro stations from traditional cast-in-place stations.To investigate the bending deformation and failure mechanisms of grouted mortise and tenon joints,a comprehensive study is conducted.Experiments are performed to determine the compressive deformation characteristics of the grouting material(modified epoxy resin)and its bonding properties with concrete.Based on these experimental results,a simulation method is developed to model the joint grouting surface contact,incorporating the bond strength and bond failure model.Finally,a finite element numerical model is created and analyzed to evaluate the joint under bending loads.The results reveal the following:(1)The moment-rotation curves of the joint closely align with the experimental data,and the crack distribution patterns observed during bending failure closely match test results.(2)The numerical results,including the development of principal tensile stress,the failure of the grout-concrete bonding relationship,and crack propagation patterns,further reveal the bending deformation mechanism of the grouted mortise and tenon joints.(3)A comparative analysis of three simulation methods for grouting surface contact relationships—bond failure,friction,and tie—demonstrates that using friction or tie contact models leads to an underestimation of the joint′s flexural load-bearing capacity.(4)The findings highlight the importance of refined modeling of the grout-concrete bond relationship in grouted mortise and tenon joints for accurately evaluating their mechanical performance.
