摘 要:为研究型钢套筒溢浆连接的抗剪性能并为其应用提供设计依据,开展6个大尺度模型的抗剪试验,研究剪力键布置形式、剪力键间距和剪力键排数等参数对型钢套筒溢浆连接抗剪性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:1)试件的破坏模式为型钢推出破坏,套筒出现膨胀变形,剪力键前灌浆料压溃。2)剪力-滑移曲线由微滑移段、滑移段和下降段组成。3)型钢腹板处剪力键的抗剪贡献是型钢翼缘处的21.2%;当剪力键间距从90 mm降低到60 mm时,试件的抗剪承载力提高51.6%。4)当剪力键间距从3排增加到6排时,试件的抗剪承载力提高65.9%,但单排单位长度剪力键抗剪承载力降低17.0%。此外,基于ABAQUS软件建立考虑界面关系的型钢套筒溢浆连接非线性有限元模型,有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合较好。The authors investigate the shear performance of steel-to-sleeve connections with overflowed grout by conducting six shear tests on a large scale,examining the effect of the shear key arrangement,spacing,and row configuration.These findings provide a design and application basis for steel-to-sleeve connections with overflowed grout.The test results reveal the following:(1)Specimen failure modes involve steel push-out,sleeve expansion deformation,and grout collapse near the shear keys.(2)The shear-slip curve exhibits three distinct phases:micro-slip,slip,and descending sections.(3)The contribution of the web′s shear key to the specimen′s shear capacity is 21.2%lower than that of the steel flange′s shear key.When the shear key spacing is decreased from 90 to 60 mm,the shear capacity of the specimen increases by 51.6%.(4)When the shear key row is increased from 3 to 6,the shear capacity of the specimen increases by 65.9%,whereas the shear key decreases by 17.0%per unit length of a shear key row.In addition,a nonlinear finite element model of the steel-to-sleeve connection with overflow grout is developed using ABAQUS software,considering the interface relationship.The finite element analysis results agree well with the test results.
