摘 要:为探究两墙合一预制地下连续墙纵向拼缝的力学性能,依托某地铁车站建设工程,揭示两墙合一预制地下连续墙沉插节点传力机制和破坏模式,明确沉插节点的承载力和延性特性,开展模拟现场拼装状态的抗弯试验。研究结果表明:1)CT锁与混凝土间的裂缝及分离现象是节点进入塑性和极限承载的重要标志,CT锁的拉结固定设置可确保沉插节点具备良好的延性以及两墙合一预制地下连续墙纵向结构的稳定性;2)沉插节点表现出明显的3阶段发展特性,其弯矩-转角关系曲线呈现双折线形态,屈服承载力约为215 kN·m,极限承载力约为265 kN·m,屈服承载力约占极限承载力的80%,该节点的承载力约为连续截面的30%;3)在CT锁的约束作用下,沉插节点为具有延性特性的铰接节点。The mechanical properties of longitudinal joints in prefabricated two-wall-in-one diaphragm walls are investigated through a case study on a metro station.The study seeks to understand the load transfer mechanism and failure mode of the sinking-inserting joints in these structures and to assess the bearing capacity and ductility of the joints.Furthermore,a full-scale bending test is carried out under simulated on-site assembly conditions.The research results indicate the following:(1)The cracking and separation between the CT-locks and concrete serve as critical indicators of the joints′plastic behavior and ultimate bearing capacity.The tensile fixation of the CT-locks ensures the ductility of the sinking-inserting joints and contributes to the stability of the longitudinal structure in prefabricated two-wall-in-one diaphragm walls.(2)The sinking-inserting joints exhibit distinct three-stage developmental characteristics,with the moment-rotation relationship curve showing a bilinear pattern.The yield bearing capacity and the ultimate bearing capacity are approximately 215 and 265 kN·m,respectively,with the yield bearing capacity accounting for approximately 80%of the ultimate bearing capacity.The bearing capacity of the joint is approximately 30%of that of the continuous section.(3)Under the influence of CT-locks,the joints behave as hinged joints with ductile properties.
