油基钻井液用吸油膨胀堵漏剂的研制与性能评价

摘  要:为提高油基钻井液的堵漏成功率,降低漏失风险,以偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉(VA-061)为引发剂,丙烯酸环己酯(HEHQ)、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯(PFHEMA)和1,3,5-三(4-乙烯苯基)苯(TVPB)为反应单体,合成了一种油基钻井液用吸油膨胀堵漏剂HPT-1。HPT-1的最佳合成条件为:质量百分浓度为12.0%,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为10 h,引发剂浓度为0.5%。吸油膨胀测试结果显示,常温条件下在0#柴油中静置5 h可达到吸油膨胀饱和,其吸油膨胀倍数可达10.72倍,经160℃老化16 h,其吸油膨胀率仍可达7.89倍,在多种油相中表现出良好的配伍性。堵漏性能测试结果显示,160℃条件下,对于缝宽为1.0 mm、2.0 mm和3.0 mm的楔形裂缝模具的正向突破压力(P正)分别高达8.31 MPa、7.12 MPa和6.52 MPa,反向突破压力(P反)分别高达5.22 MPa、5.09 MPa和3.12 MPa,对于400目、200目和100目石英砂构成的砂床,侵入深度(D)仅分别为8.7 cm、11.2 cm和15.0 cm,堵漏效果良好,产品在ZZ-A1H井进行了成功应用。In order to improve the success rate of plugging and reduce the risk of leakage in oil-based drilling fluid,2,2''-Azobis-(N,N''-dimethyleneisobutyramidine)(VA-061)was used as initiator,2-(Perfluorohexyl)ethyl methacrylate(HEHQ),2-(Perfluorohexyl)ethyl methacrylate(PFHEMA)and 1,3,5-Tris(4-vinylphenyl)benzene(TVPB)were used as reactive monomers.HPT-1,an oil absorption expansion plugging agent for oil-based drilling fluid,was synthesized.The optimum synthesis conditions of HPT-1 were as follows:the mass percent concentration of 12.0%,reaction temperature of 60℃,reaction time of 10h,the initiator concentration of 0.5%.The oil absorption expansion test results show that the oil absorption expansion saturation can be reached by standing in 0#diesel oil for 5 h at normal temperature,and the oil absorption expansion ratio can reach 10.72 times.After aging at 160℃for 16 h,the oil absorption expansion rate can still reach 7.89 times,showing good compatibility in variety oil phases.The leakage plugging performance test results shows that under the condition of 160℃,the positive breakthrough pressure of wedge crack dies with seam width of 1.0 mm,2.0 mm and 3.0 mm is as high as 8.31 MPa,7.12 MPa and 6.52 MPa,respectively.The reverse breakthrough pressure is as high as 5.22 MPa,5.09 MPa and 3.12 MPa,respectively.For the sand bed composed of 400 mesh,200 mesh and 100 mesh quartz sand,the intrusion depth(D)is only 8.7 cm,11.2 cm and 15.0 cm,respectively,and the leakage plugging effect is good.The product has been successfully applied in the ZZ-A1H well.
