摘 要:通过双螺杆挤出机制备滑石粉填充聚丙烯材料,并利用注塑机制备不同工艺条件下的测试样条,考察不同注塑工艺条件对滑石粉填充聚丙烯的力学、热氧老化、氧化诱导期及颜色的影响。结果表明:低注塑温度、低停留时间,滑石粉填充聚丙烯的老化后颜色变化较小,通常为注塑温度200℃,停留时间30 s以内。注塑温度升高,停留时间延长,初始状态拉伸强度从30 MPa降低到28.5 MPa,老化后拉伸强度保持率为85%,其他力学性能保持率也都在85%以下。氧化诱导期表明注塑工艺对材料的老化性能影响非常大,可用于判断材料老化失效情况,对注塑生产具有重要的指导意义。Talc filled polypropylene was prepared by twin-screw extrusion mechanism,and the test splines and samples were prepared by injection molding machine under different processes.The effects of different injection molding conditions on the mechanics,thermal oxygen aging,oxidation induction period and color of talc filled polypropylene were investigated.The results show that with low injection temperature and low residence time,the color change of talc filled polypropylene is small after aging,usually the injection temperature is 200℃and the residence time is less than 30 s.When the injection temperature is increased and the residence time is extended,the initial tensile strength is reduced from 30 MPa to 28.5 MPa,the tensile strength retention rate after aging is 85%,and the performance retention rate of bending strength and impact strength are below 85%.The oxidation induction period indicates that the injection molding process has a great influence on the aging properties of materials,which can be used to judge the aging failure of materials,and has important guiding significance for injection molding production.
