摘  要:本文采用天然植物芦荟中提取的蒽醌类化合物作为抗菌剂,将其用在棉织物的后整理工艺中,并探讨了织物后整理工艺中抗菌剂质量浓度、洗涤次数、轧余率、高温定型温度及时间对织物抑菌率的影响,再通过正交试验得到最优的整理工艺条件。此外,还对其所整理织物的服用性能进行了测试。结果表明:配制质量浓度为60 g/L的天然源抗菌整理液,使用二浸二轧工艺进行整理(轧余率为80%),待预烘操作结束后,将高温定型温度及时间设定为110℃、60 s,经此整理工艺条件可赋予织物最佳的抗菌效果和耐水洗性。此外,整理后的织物在弹性、抗静电性方面有所提升,且对织物其他服用性能影响较小,故本课题所选取的天然源抗菌剂对织物进行后整理是可行的。In this paper,anthraquinone compounds extracted from natural plant aloe were used as antibacterial agents in the finishing process of cotton fabrics,and the effects of antibacterial agent concentration,washing times,rolling residual rate,high-temperature setting temperature and time on the antibacterial rate of fabrics in the finishing process were discussed,and then the optimal finishing process conditions were obtained by orthogonal test.In addition,the wearability of the finished fabric was tested.The results showed that the natural source antibacterial finishing solution with a mass concentration of 60 g/L was prepared,and the two dip and two roll process was used for finishing(the rolling residual rate was 80%).After the pre drying operation,the high-temperature setting temperature and time were set at 110℃and 60 s.This finishing process condition can give the fabric the best antibacterial effect and water washability.In addition,the finished fabric has improved in elasticity and antistatic property,and has little impact on other wearing properties of the fabric.Therefore,the natural antibacterial agent selected in this topic is feasible for fabric finishing.
