摘 要:丙二醇甲醚(PM)/丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PMA)/乙酸丁酯(BAC)稀释剂的回收过程中,受稀释剂中有效组分PM、PMA和BAC与水共沸的影响,其精制分离过程中会产生大量的溶剂废水,该溶剂废水一般进行焚烧处置,处置成本高,资源回收利用率低。本文遵循恒沸精馏原理,筛选环己烷为低沸点共沸剂,从流程模拟和中试试验两方面对稀释剂废水共沸精馏工艺技术进行可行性和经济性分析,稀释剂废水经分离后可获得COD值5000~20000的可生化处理废水和PMA、PM和BAC总质量浓度高达99.13%的无色透明溶液。During the recovery process of diluents such as Propylene Glycol Methyl Ether(PM),Propylene Glycol Methyl Ether Acetate(PMA),and ButylAcetate(BAC),a significant amount of solvent wastewater is generated due to the azeotropic effects between the effective components PM,PMA,and BAC withwater.This solvent wastewater is generally disposed of through incineration,which is costly and results in low resource recovery and utilization rates.In this paper,the cyclohexane as a low-boiling-point azeotropic agentc was selected following the principle of azeotropic distillation.It conducts feasibility and economic analysison the azeotropic distillation technology for diluent wastewater from both process simulation and pilot-scale experiment perspectives.After separation,the diluentwastewater can yield biodegradable wastewater with a COD value ranging from 5000 to 20000 and a colorless transparent solution with total mass concentrations ofPMA,PM,and BAC reaching up to 99.13%.
