摘　　要：头皮脂溢性皮炎是一种以头皮油脂分泌过剩、皮肤红痒和脱屑为主要特征的慢性皮肤炎症,头皮的炎症和油脂分泌过多会影响毛囊的健康,进而引发脱发。头皮脂溢性皮炎的发病机制涉及皮脂分泌过多、头皮微生物菌群失衡以及个体对微生物的反应异常。吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐能有效抑制包括马拉色菌在内的真菌增殖,通过降低游离脂肪酸的生成,减轻头皮过度分泌油脂。理化实验结果显示,0.1%以上浓度的吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐能显著清除超氧自由基和羟自由基,具备抗氧化作用。临床试验显示,含有0.1%吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐的洗发水能够显著解决头皮屑问题,减少头皮油脂分泌,并减少60次梳发掉落,显示出良好的控油和防脱发效果。Scalp seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by excess oil secretion from the scalp,redness,itching,and flaking.Inflammation and excess oil secretion from the scalp affects the health of the hair follicles,which in turn causes the hair loss.The pathogenesis of seborrheicdermatitis of the scalp involves excessive sebum secretion,imbalance of the scalp microflora,and abnormal individual responses to microorganisms.Piroctoneolamine can effectively inhibit the proliferation of fungi,including Malassezia,and reduce the overproduction of sebum from the scalp by decreasing the productionof free fatty acids.Physicochemical experiments show that Piroctone olamine at a concentration of 0.1%or more can significantly scavenge superoxide radicals andhydroxyl radicals,possessing antioxidant effects.Clinical experiments showed that shampoo containing 0.1%Piroctone olamine could significantly improve thedandruff problem,reduce scalp oil secretion,and increase local hair density,showing good oil control and hair loss prevention effects.
