摘 要:锕系电沉积提取分离是熔盐电解干法后处理中的关键步骤之一,对整个流程中的重要技术指标具有很大影响。本文分别从基础研究方面,调研分析了各主要核能国家开展的电沉积技术基础研究进展。具体包括:锕系和稀土等关键元素在液态镉中的热力学和动力学性质,阴极过程和阳极过程。通过调研分析,了解国际上熔盐金属电解精炼技术中电沉积工艺段的基础研究现状,认识该领域的发展思路及难点问题。根据调研结果,结合我国乏燃料干法后处理领域的技术现状和发展思路,为熔盐电沉积技术的后续发展提出了合理化建议。Actinides electrodeposition is one of the key steps in the molten salt electrolytic dry reprocess,which has great influence on the important technical indexes in the whole process.This paper analyzes the research progress of electrodeposition technology in major nuclear energy countries from basic research aspect.It specifically includes the thermodynamic and kinetic properties of actinides and rare earth elements in liquid cadmium metal,cathode and anode processes.The research status of electrodeposition process in molten salt metal electrolytic refining technology in the world is known through investigation and analysis,and the development ideas and difficult problems in this field are recognized.Based on the research results,combine with the technical status and development ideas in the field of dry reprocessing of spent fuel in China,the rationale suggestions for the subsequent development of molten salt electrodeposition technology are put forward.
