预处理工艺中污泥沉降效果的因素分析

摘  要:预处理是水处理过程中非常重要一环,其过程复杂且影响因素较多,对给水处理的自动化控制带来困难。本文对预处理工艺中絮凝剂类型与投加量、温度及污泥浓度等与沉降比的关系进行了试验研究;结果表明,在温度为30℃,聚合铝(PAC)与聚合铁(PFS)复配比为8∶2时加药量为100 mg/L,最佳沉降比最佳,同时研究了污泥浓度、分形维数与沉降比的关系。Pre-treatment are a very important part of the water treatment process,the process is complex and affects a large number of factors,which makes it difficult to bring automated control of water treatment.In this paper,an experimental study was conducted on the relationship between flocculant type and dosage,temperature and sludge concentration,etc,and settling ratio in pretreatment process;the results showed that at a temperature of 30℃,polymerized aluminum(PAC)and polymerized iron(PFS)compound ratio of 8∶2 when the dosage of 100 mg/L,the optimal settling ratio is optimal,and at the same time,the study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the concentration of sludge,the fractal dimensionality and the sedimentation ratio.
