基于一种舒缓修护组合物的面膜对敏感性皮肤的修护作用研究

摘　　要：研究基于一种舒缓修护组合物制备的面膜对敏感性皮肤的修护功效。体外实验通过LPS诱导RAW264.7小鼠巨噬细胞释放IL^(-1)β和IL-6实验对其抗炎作用进行评价。人体测试采用单中心开放,32例敏感皮肤受试者连续使用4周自身前后对照试验来评价该面膜对于敏感性皮肤的修护效果。结果表明,RAW264.7细胞炎症模型中,0.001%和0.01%浓度的测试样品对炎症因子IL^(-1)β和IL-6的表达具有明显抑制作用(P<0.01)。人体实验中,使用该面膜4周后,受试者面部角质层含水量、TEWL值、面部a*值和血红素指数均有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P≤0.001)。测试期间未出现任何皮肤不良反应,表明该面膜具有显著的修护功效,安全性良好,适用于敏感性皮肤人群。To investigate the healing effect of a mask based on a soothing repair composition on sensitive skin.LPS-induced release of IL^(-1)βand IL-6 fromRAW264.7 mouse macrophages were used to evaluate its anti-inflammatory effect.In humans test,a single-center open,4-week continuous before and after controlexperiment was conducted with 30 sensitive skin subjects.The results showed that in the RAW264.7 cell inflammation model,the expression of IL^(-1)βand IL-6 wassignificantly inhibited by 0.001%and 0.01%concentration of test mask(P<0.01).In human test,after using the mask for 4 weeks,the subjects'facial cuticle watercontent,TEWL value,a*value and heme index were improved,and the differences was statistically significant(P≤0.001).No adverse skin reactions occurredduring the test,indicating that the mask has significant repair efficacy,good safety,suitable for sensitive skin groups.
