摘　　要：文化是旅游的灵魂。在文旅融合发展的背景下,地方文献作为地方文化传承的主要载体,挖掘和利用其蕴含的地方特色文化元素,是增强地区旅游文化内涵的有效路径。公共图书馆是地方文献的重要收藏机构。该研究在全面梳理和总结分析连云港市图书馆在地方文献的收集、整理、利用现状的基础上,提出应在建立全市地方文献收藏联盟、构建全市旅游主题资源库、主动宣传推介地方特色文化、打造特色文旅品牌等方面进一步加强探索与研究,讲好地方文化故事,服务地方文旅融合发展的需求,为公共图书馆助力本地文旅资源开发提供参考。Culture is the soul of tourism.In the background of the integrated development of culture and tourism,local literature serves as the main platform of local cultural heritage.Excavation and utilization of local characteristic cultural elements contained is an effective way to promote the connotation of regional tourism culture.Public libraries are important institutions for the collection of local literature.On the basis of comprehensively sorting out and summarizing the current situation of Lianyungang Library's collection,arrangement and utilization of local literature,this study proposes that the city's tourism theme resource library should be established through the establishment of a city-wide local literature collection alliance,and proactively promote local culture.This paper will further strengthen exploration and research through building a distinctive cultural tourism brand,telling local cultural stories well,serving the needs of local culture and tourism development,and providing a reference for the development of local cultural and tourism resources by public libraries.
