摘　　要：历史文化遗产的价值在近年来愈发得到肯定,如何对其保护和利用是一个涉及经济、文化、社会、环境等多个方面的复杂过程。南京市鼓楼北片区域保存着的大量故居和公馆旧址,不仅是城市根脉的象征,更是激发创新、促进发展的重要源泉。该文以南京市鼓楼北片故居、公馆旧址为例,通过实地考察南京市鼓楼区历史文化遗产资源保护和利用出现的个性问题,结合相关文献及我国历史文化遗产保护的共性问题,参考国内外遗迹保护创新性进展,旨在探索出一套开放的、可行的改进方案,让鼓楼北片故居、公馆旧址重新焕发生机,使这些历史文化遗产得到妥善保存的同时,在现代社会中也能发挥积极作用。The value of historical and cultural heritage has been increasingly recognized in recent years,and how to protect and utilize it is a complex process involving economic,cultural,social,environmental and other aspects.A large number of former residences and mansions preserved in the northern area of Nanjing are not only symbols of the city's roots,but also an important source of innovation and development.This paper takes the former residence and mansion of the north piece of the Gulou as an example,through the field investigation of the individual problems arising from the protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritage resources in Gulou District,Nanjing,combined with the common problems of relevant documents and the protection of historical and cultural heritage in China,and with reference to the innovative progress of heritage protection at home and abroad,it aims to explore a set of open and feasible improvement plans to revitalize the former residence and mansion of the north piece of the Gulou,so that these historical and cultural heritage can be properly preserved.so that it can also play an active role in modern society.
