摘  要:随着上海博物馆东馆2024年底的全面建成开放,以高质量的文化产品和服务促进两馆的高品质安全开放成为全馆上下再攀事业发展的新目标。为了进一步开拓干部人才的国际化视野,提升专业化能力,上海博物馆决定对美国、加拿大、日本三国的一流博物馆在展览策划、公共教育、文创合作等方面开展走访与调研,以学习先进的理念,讲好中国故事。通过考察初步形成四大战略构想:一是要注重学术引领与开展全球对话;二是要深化内容创作与持续创新表现形式;三是要强化公共教育与拓宽传播矩阵;四是注重品牌形象打造,提升品牌国际影响力。With the completion and opening of the Shanghai Museum East by the end of 2024,promoting high-quality cultural products and services to promote high-quality and safe opening has become a new goal for the development of the Shanghai museum.In order to further broaden the international perspective of talents and enhance their professional abilities,the Shanghai Museum has decided to visit top museums in the United States,Canada,and Japan to investigate their advanced concepts in exhibition planning,public education,and cultural and creative cooperation.Through investigation,four strategic concepts have been preliminarily formed:first,to focus on academic leadership and global dialogue;second,to deepen content creation and continuously innovate forms of expression;third,to strengthen public education and broaden the communication matrix;fourth,to focus on brand image building and enhance the international influence of the brand.
