摘 要:【目的】选育高产优质、宜机收的糯高粱新品种,以满足四川等地对酿酒原粮的需求。【方法】用自育不育系54A和自育恢复系21R配组选育新品种。【结果】育成酿造型杂交糯高粱新品种川糯粱6号,2022年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种审定登记,登记编号:GPD高粱(2022510054)。该品种苗期长势强,耐密植,植株整齐度中等,抗逆性强,高抗炭疽病、叶部病害,抗蚜虫,穗纺锤形。川糯粱6号在四川南部3月上旬春播生育期114 d,属中熟品种。2018—2019年参加四川省区域试验,2018年产量为508.4 kg/667m^(2),较对照川糯粱15号增产19.9%;2019年产量为464.8 kg/667m^(2),较川糯粱15号增产23.8%,两年区试平均产量为486.6 kg/667m^(2),排名第一,较川糯粱15号增产21.7%。2022年参加四川省品种展示,产量为502.1 kg/667m^(2),较川糯粱15号增产18.6%,籽粒红色,籽粒总淀粉含量73.32%,支链淀粉占总淀粉含量98.80%,粗蛋白含量10.89%,脂肪含量4.29%,单宁含量0.84%。【结论】川糯粱6号适宜在四川平坝丘陵地区种植,具有高产稳产、酿酒品质优、抗性好、宜机收等特点,属于酿造专用杂交糯高粱新品种。【Objective】The new glutinous sorghum varieties with good-yielding,high-quality and machine harvesting were bred to meet the demand for raw grain for brewing in Sichuan and other areas.【Method】The sterile line 54A and the restorer line 21R were used to breed new varieties.【Result】The new hybrid glutinous sorghum variety with brewing characteristics Chuannuoliang 6 was bred successfully,which was approved the registration of non-major crop variety by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2022.The registration number was GPD sorghum(2022510054).The seedling grew vigorously,was tolerant to dense planting,and had moderate plant uniformity.It had strong resistance,high resistance to anthracnose and leaf diseases and resistance to aphids.The ear was spindle-shaped.The growth period of Chuannuoliang 6 sowing in early March in south Sichuan was 114 d,which belonged to moderate mature variety.The yield of Chuannuoliang 6 in the regional trial in Sichuan Province in 2018 was 508.4 kg/667m2,which was 19.9%higher than the control variety Chuannuoliang 15.The yield in 2019 was 464.8 kg/667m2,which was 23.8%higher than Chuannuoliang 15.The two-year average yield in the regional trial was 486.6 kg/667m2,ranking first and increasing by 21.7%compared with Chuannuoliang 15.In 2022,it participated in the variety display in Sichuan Province,with a yield of 502.1 kg/667m2,an increase of 18.6%compared to Chuannuoliang 15.The grains were red,with a total starch content of 73.32%,of which 98.80%was amylopectin.The crude protein,fat and tannin content was respectively 10.89%,4.29%and 0.84%.【Conclusion】Chuannuoliang 6 is featured with high and stable yielding,good wine-making quality,good resistance and mechanical harvesting.It is a new variety of glutinous sorghum specifically for wine-making,which is suitable for cultivation in the flat and hilly areas of Sichuan.
