摘 要:【目的】探明相邻地点同时爆发草莓白粉病(CM)、向日葵白粉病(XRK)的微生物多样性与群落种类差异性,为研究白粉病的侵染特点和防治提供理论依据。【方法】2023年5—7月,分别取位于昆明市农业科学院嵩明基地的温室大棚草莓白粉病样品,与之相隔300 m的露天爆发严重的向日葵白粉病样品,进行Illumina MiSeq高通量测序,对这2种植物感染白粉病部位表面的白粉层真菌群落组成与结构进行比较分析。【结果】在97%相似水平下物种分析和聚类显示,草莓白粉病样本群落涵盖1域1界5门17纲26目35科39属50种62个OTU的真菌;向日葵白粉病样本群落涵盖1域1界2门5纲7目10科13属13种15个OTU的真菌;草莓白粉病样本的物种丰富度高于向日葵白粉病样本;2个样本的真菌群落组成与物种在门、科和属水平上均呈显著差异。子囊菌门(Ascomycota)在2个样本的相对丰度均大于93%。草莓白粉病优势群落以枝孢科(Cladosporiaceae)枝孢属(Cladosporium)真菌为主,同时含有青霉科(Aspergillacea)青霉属(Penicillium)、白粉菌科(Erysiphaceae)叉丝单囊壳属(Podosphaera)等多种真菌微生物;向日葵白粉病优势群落由白粉菌科(Erysiphaceae)unclassified_f_Erysiphaceae真菌组成,群落组成相对单一。【结论】昆明市相邻地点同时爆发的向日葵白粉病和草莓白粉病的微生物多样性与群落种类差异极显著;草莓白粉病病原菌主要为枝孢属(Cladosporium)真菌,同时含有其他多种真菌微生物,向日葵白粉病由白粉菌科(Erysiphaceae)unclassified_f_Erysiphaceae真菌组成,群落组成相对单一,且云南省昆明市向日葵白粉病病原菌种类为白粉菌科(Erysiphaceae)真菌为首次报道。【Objective】The differences in microbial diversity and community species of strawberry powdery mildew(CM)and sunflower powdery mildew(XRK)that occurred simultaneously in adjacent locations were studied to provide the theoretical basis for studying the infection features,prevention and control of powdery mildew.【Method】From May to July 2023,the Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing of strawberry powdery mildew samples in greenhouse of the Songming Base of Kunming Academy of Agricultural Sciences and outdoor sunflower powdery mildew samples located 300 meters apart was conducted to compare and analyze the fungal community composition and structure of powder layer in surface of two plant parts infected with powdery mildew.【Result】The community of strawberry powdery mildew sample included 62 OTUs of fungi in 1 domain,1 kingdom,5 phyla,17 classes,26 orders,35 families,39 genera,50 species,while the community of sunflower powdery mildew sample included 15 OTUs of fungi in 1 domain,1 kingdom,2 phyla,5 classes,7 orders,10 families,13 genera,13 species through species analysis and cluster analysis at the similarity level of 97%.The species richness of strawberry powdery mildew sample was higher than that of sunflower powdery mildew sample.There were significant differences in fungal community composition and species between the two samples at phylum,family and genus levels.The relative abundance of Ascomycota in both powdery mildew samples was more than 93%.The community of strawberry powdery mildew was dominated by Cladosporium of the family Cladosporiaceae,simultaneously containing Penicillium of the family Aspergillaceae,Podospaera of the family Erysiphaceae and other fungi microorganism.Meanwhile,the community of sunflower powdery mildew was dominated by unclassified_f_Erysiphaceae of the family Erysiphaceae,and the community composition was relatively single.【Conclusion】There are very significant differences in microbial diversity and community species between the strawberry powdery mildew and sunf
