摘 要:【目的】探明不同因素对大蒜叶片吸收赖氨酸螯合硒的影响,为生产富硒大蒜提供理论依据。【方法】以大蒜品种华农3号为试验材料,采用叶片离体与室内分析相结合的方法,研究供硒浓度、供硒时间、pH、光照和叶位对大蒜叶片吸收赖氨酸螯合硒速率的影响。【结果】大蒜离体叶片吸收赖氨酸螯合硒速率受供硒浓度、处理时间、pH、光照、温度和叶位等因素影响。硒吸收速率随供硒浓度增加而增加,当供硒浓度为1.6μmol/L时,吸收速率最大,为1.75μg/(g·h),供硒浓度为0.2μmol/L时,吸收速率最小,为0.67μg/(g·h);随处理时间延长而逐渐下降,处理1 h时,吸收速率最大,达2.59μg/(g·h),处理8 h时最小,为0.26μg/(g·h);随溶液pH增加而减小,当pH为3时,吸收速率最大,为0.91μg/(g·h),pH为8时,吸收速率最小,为0.46μg/(g·h);随温度升高而增大,依次为35℃>25℃>10℃。在光照条件下硒吸收速率为0.83μg/(g·h),较黑暗条件显著提高58.87%。全叶面处理的硒吸收速率均显著高于近轴面和远轴面处理,分别是近轴面和远轴面处理的1.82倍和2.07倍。【结论】选择光照条件较好、温度较高(25~35℃)的下午对大蒜全叶片喷施浓度为1.6μmol/L、pH为3的赖氨酸螯合硒溶液处理1 h,效果最佳。【Objective】It aimed to study the effects of different factors on the absorption of lysine-selenium chelate absorbed by garlic leaves,and to provide a theoretical basis for the production of selenium-enriched garlic.【Method】Huanong 3,the garlic variety was used as the experimental material,and then the effects of selenium-supplied concentration,selenium-supplied time,pH,light,leaf position on the uptake rate of lysine-selenium chelate of garlic were studied by methods of leaf isolation and laboratory research.【Result】The uptake rate of lysine-selenium chelate of isolated leaf garlic was affected by selenium-supplied concentration,selenium-supplied time,pH,light,temperature and leaf position.The uptake rate of lysine-selenium chelate increased with the increase of selenium-supplied concentration.The maximum rate of selenium uptake was 1.75μg/(g•h)when selenium-supplied concentration was 1.6μmol/L,and the minimum rate of selenium uptake was 0.67μg/(g•h)when selenium-supplied concentration was 0.2μmol/L.The uptake rate of selenium gradually decreased with the extension of the treatment time.The maximum uptake rate was 2.59μg/(g•h)after 1 h of treatment,and the minimum uptake rate was 0.26μg/(g•h)after 8 h of treatment.It decreased gradually with the increase of pH.When pH was 3,the maximum uptake rate was 0.91μg/(g•h),and when pH was 8,the minimum uptake rate was 0.46μg/(g•h).It increased with the increase of temperature,which showed as 35℃>25℃>10℃.The uptake rate of lysine-selenium chelate under light treatment was 0.83μg/(g•h),which was 58.87%higher than that under dark treatment.The selenium uptake rate of the whole leaf surface treatment was significantly higher than that of the adaxial and abaxial surface treatments,which was 1.82 and 2.07 times higher than that of the adaxial and abaxial surface treatments,respectively.【Conclusion】In the afternoon(25-35℃)when the light condition is good and the temperature is high,the selenium uptake rate of garlic leaves is best w
