摘  要:【目的】探明大果木姜子精油的抑菌防霉作用,解析其抑菌防霉物质基础,为开发大果木姜子精油的抑菌防霉作用奠定基础。【方法】以黄曲霉菌和黑根霉菌为供试菌,最小抑菌浓度和杀菌浓度为指标,评价大果木姜子精油的抑菌效果;以各供试菌抑制率为指标,采用GC-MS法对该精油成分进行解析,利用灰色关联度分析法和偏最小二乘法建立谱效关系模型进行分析。【结果】大果木姜子精油对黄曲霉菌的抑制率为44.68%~77.31%,最小抑菌浓度为10.0~20.0μL/mL;对黑根霉菌的抑制率为65.98%~100.00%,最小抑菌浓度为5.00~10.00μL/mL;谱-效关系分析表明,斯巴醇、左旋α-蒎烯、4-松油醇、八氢四甲基萘甲醇和石竹素是大果木姜子精油发挥抑菌作用的主要成分。【结论】大果木姜子精油对霉菌具有广谱的抑制作用。【Objective】The antibacterial and anti-mildew effects of Cinnamomum migao essential oil and its antibacterial and anti-mildew material basis were explored to lay a foundation for developing antibacterial and anti-mildew effect of C.migao essential oil.【Method】Using Aspergillus flavus and Rhizopus nigricans as test bacteria,the minimum inhibitory concentration and bactericidal concentration as indicators,the antibacterial effect of the essential oil of C.migao was evaluated.The components of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS method.The spectrum-effect relationship model was established by grey correlation analysis and partial least squares method with the inhibition rate of each tested bacteria as the index.【Result】The inhibition rate of C.migao essential oil against A.flavus was 44.68%-77.31%,and the minimum inhibitory concentration was 10.0-20.0μL/mL.The inhibition rate of C.migao essential oil against R.nigricans was 65.98%-100.00%,and the minimum inhibitory concentration was 5.00-10.00μL/mL.The spectrum-effect relationship analysis showed that spathulenol,l-α-pinene,4-terpineol,octahydro tetramethyl naphthalene methanol and caryophyllin were the main components of the antibacterial effect in C.migao essential oil.【Conclusion】The essential oil of C.migao has a broad-spectrum inhibitory effect on mold.
