摘 要:【目的】建立基于显色图像分析的玉米花丝花青甙显色强度分级方法,为玉米花丝花青甙的显色测试及准确判定提供参考。【方法】以225个玉米品种为试验材料,采集其花丝标准图像,用Emgucv 3.0获取花丝标准图像特征值(L、a、b),并基于花丝花青甙显色强度的实际目测代码进行相关性和差异性分析,构建花青甙显色强度判定模型。【结果】玉米花丝花青甙显色强度与色空间CIELAB特征值L呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.87;与特征值b呈显著负相关,相关系数为-0.80;与特征值a呈正相关,相关系数为0.66。基于特征值L与花青甙显色强度进行分段拟合构建的一元回归模型y=-0.0829L+5.5711(L≥30)和y=-0.6038L+21.728(L<30),R2分别为0.8688和0.9934,综合分析准确率达95.56%。【结论】基于色空间CIELAB特征值L进行分段拟合构建的一元回归模型拟合效果较好,可用于玉米花丝花青甙显色强度判定。【Objective】A grading method for the color intensity of maize silk anthocyanins based on color image analysis was established to provide the references for the color testing and accurate judgment of maize silk anthocyanins.【Method】The silk standard images of 225 maize varieties were collected,and the eigenvalues(L,a,b)of the silk standard images were obtained by Emgucv 3.0.Based on the actual visual code of the anthocyanin color intensity of the silks,the correlation and difference analysis were conducted to construct a judgment model for anthocyanin color intensity.【Result】The color intensity of maize silk anthocyanins was very significantly and negatively correlated with the eigenvalue L of color space CIELAB with the correlation coefficient of−0.87,was significantly and negatively correlated with eigenvalue b with the correlation coefficient of−0.80,and positively correlated with eigenvalue a with the correlation coefficient of 0.66.The unitary regression model y=−0.0829L+5.5711(L≥30)and y=−0.6038L+21.728(L<30)was constructed by segmented fitting based on the eigenvalue L and anthocyanin color intensity,the R2 were 0.8688 and 0.9934 respectively,with a comprehensive analysis accuracy of 95.56%.【Conclusion】The unitary regression models constructed by segmented fitting based on the eigenvalue L of color space CIELAB have good fitting effects,which can be used for the judgement of the color intensity in maize silk anthocyanins.
