摘　　要：新质生产力有助于推动产业结构的绿色低碳转型、驱动生产方式的绿色转向及促进社会绿色消费模式构建,是实现人与自然和谐共生的现代化的强大驱动力。新质生产力驱动人与自然和谐共生的现代化的进程中还存在着传统产业绿色低碳转型面临较大阻力和困难、绿色低碳技术创新能力有待提升、绿色低碳消费的潜能需要进一步激发等限制性条件。为此,应从三个维度发力来最大化发挥新质生产力作用:一是加快构建现代化绿色产业体系,打造新质生产力发展的产业基础;二是强化绿色低碳科技创新,为新质生产力发展奠定坚实技术根基;三是构建绿色消费模式,形成新质生产力发展的良好社会环境。The new quality productive forces contribute significantly to the green and low-carbon transformation of industrial structures,drive the shift towards greener production methods,and foster the development of green consumption patterns within society.It is a powerful driving force for achieving harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.However,in the process of modernizing to achieve this harmonious coexistence,several restrictive conditions remain.These include substantial resistance and difficulties faced by traditional industries in their green and low-carbon transformation,the need for enhanced innovation capabilities in green and low-carbon technologies,and the necessity to further stimulate the potential for green and low-carbon consumption.To maximize the impact of the new quality productive forces,efforts should be concentrated on three dimensions:firstly,accelerating the establishment of a modern green industrial system to create a foundational base for the development of new quality productive forces;secondly,strengthening green and low-carbon technological innovation to provide a robust technical foundation for the advancement of new quality productive forces;and thirdly,constructing green consumption patterns to form a favorable social environment for the growth of new quality productive forces.
