宋祁蜀地诗文创作与治蜀理念

摘　　要：宋祁于北宋嘉祐年间知益州,期间创作了大量关于蜀地的诗文。这些诗文反映了宋祁关注蜀地风物的治理特色与注重文教的治蜀理念。宋祁在蜀地创作的诗歌内容丰富,展现了其对蜀地风物的关注及与民偕乐的治理心态。《益部方物略记》是宋祁以图赞形式记录蜀地风物的作品。该书对蜀地多种物产的形状、特色、种植情况、使用情况等进行记录,对蜀地风物的传播起到了促进作用,具有重要的史料价值。《成都府学文翁祠画像十赞》是宋祁为教化百姓而作的组赞,赞文构建了从西汉文翁、东汉高䀢到宋朝蒋堂的化蜀脉络,展现了宋祁以儒化蜀、偏重文教的治蜀理念。During the Jiayou period of the Northern Song Dynasty,Song Qi served as the governor of Yizhou(now Chengdu),during which time he created a large number of poems and essays about the Shu region.These works reflect Song Qi's governance characteristics in paying attention to the customs and features of Shu,as well as his governance philosophy of emphasizing education in Shu.The poetry created by Song Qi in Shu is rich in content,showcasing his concern for the customs and features of Shu and his governance mentality of enjoying happiness with the people.Records of the Local Products of the Yi Prefecture is a work by Song Qi that records the customs and features of Shu in the form of illustrations and captions.This book records the shapes,characteristics,planting conditions,and usage of various products in the Shu region,promoting the dissemination of Shu's customs and features and possessing significant historical value.The work Ten Praises on the Portraits of Wenweng Temple in Chengdu Prefecture School is a series of praises written by Song Qi for the purpose of educating the people.The praise texts construct a historical lineage of educating Shu from Wen Weng of the Western Han Dynasty,Gao Di of the Eastern Han Dynasty,to Jiang Tang of the Song Dynasty,showcasing Song Qi's governance philosophy of educating Shu through Confucianism and emphasizing education.
