摘 要:目的:探讨丸粒化技术对唐古特大黄种子质量及寿命的影响。方法:检测不同配方唐古特大黄丸粒种子的丸化指标、发芽及幼苗生长指标,筛选最优配方,测定最优配方丸化种子储存一年和两年后的发芽及幼苗生长指标。结果:配方11为唐古特大黄种子最佳丸粒化配方,其处理的单籽率为99.33%,有籽率为99.00%,发芽率为79.00%;丸化种子第二年发芽率达78.50%,种子质量较裸种无明显下降。结论:试验筛选的丸粒化配方能使种子形状规则化,丸化指标合格,成分绿色安全,且种子活力短期内无明显变化,可为唐古特大黄种子机械化精量播种提供技术支撑。Objective:To study the effect of pelleting technology on seed quality and lifetime of Rheum tanguticum.Methods:The pelletizing indexes,germination and seedling growth indexes of different formulations of Rheum tanguticum seed pills were tested,and the optimal formulation was screened,the germination indexes and seedling growth indexes of the optimal formulation after storage for one year and two years were determined.Results:Formula 11 was the best pelleting formula for Rheum tanguticum seeds,with single seed rate of 99.33%,seed rate of 99.00%and germination rate of 79.00%.The germination rate of pelleted seeds reached 78.50%in the second year,and the seed quality was not significantly lower than that of naked seeds.Conclusion:The tested pelletizing formula can make the seed shape regular,the pelletizing index is qualified,the composition is green and safe,and the seed vitality has no obvious change in the short term,which can provide technical support for the mechanization and precision sowing of Rheum tanguticum seed.
