电针联合生物反馈治疗肛门失禁患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究电针联合生物反馈治疗肛门失禁患者的临床疗效。方法68例肛门失禁患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(34例)和对照组(34例),根据纳入、排除、剔除、脱落标准最终剩余62例,其中对照组有29例,观察组有33例。观察组采用电针联合生物反馈治疗,对照组采用生物反馈治疗。比较两组中医疗效、肛门失禁评分、肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压及肛管最长收缩时间。结果观察组总有效率96.97%较对照组的79.31%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2个疗程后,两组肛门失禁评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组肛门失禁评分(7.97±3.24)、(2.81±3.83)分显著低于对照组的(10.34±3.97)、(6.00±5.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压均较治疗前升高,肛管最长收缩时间均较治疗前延长,且观察组肛管静息压(6.906±2.364)kPa、肛管最大收缩压(12.036±3.057)kPa均显著高于对照组的(5.117±2.619)、(10.320±3.208)kPa,肛管最长收缩时间(16.758±3.683)s显著长于对照组的(14.862±4.240)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合生物反馈治疗较单用生物反馈治疗肛门失禁患者的效果更为显著,且能在相对较短的时间内取得更好疗效,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback in the treatment of anal incontinence patients.Methods 68 patients with anal incontinence were divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases)by random numerical table.According to the criteria of inclusion,exclusion,elimination and dropout,62 cases were finally left,including 29 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the observation group.The observation group received electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback therapy,and the control group received biofeedback therapy.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,score of anal incontinence,anal resting pressure,anal maximum systolic pressure,and anal longest contraction time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 96.97%in the observation group was higher than 79.31%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the scores of anal incontinence in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the scores of anal incontinence in the observation group were(7.97±3.24)and(2.81±3.83)points,which were significantly lower than(10.34±3.97)and(6.00±5.03)points in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the anal resting pressure and anal maximum systolic pressure in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the anal longest contraction time was longer than that before treatment;the observation group had anal resting pressure of(6.906±2.364)kPa and anal maximum systolic pressure of(12.036±3.057)kPa,which were significantly higher than(5.117±2.619)and(10.320±3.208)kPa in the control group;the observation group had a significantly longer anal longest contraction time of(16.758±3.683)s than(14.862±4.240)s in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback is more effective than biofeedback alone in treating patients wi
