宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉伴异常出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析宫腔镜下电切术对子宫内膜息肉伴异常出血患者的治疗效果。方法80例子宫内膜息肉伴异常出血患者,依据随机原则分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组患者给予传统刮宫术,观察组则给予宫腔镜下电切术。对比两组围术期相关指标、并发症发生情况、临床疗效及复发情况。结果观察组患者术中出血量(21.43±2.28)ml明显比对照组的(81.19±2.79)ml更少,手术时间(24.36±2.48)min及住院时间(3.13±0.61)d显著短于对照组的(39.36±2.78)min、(5.94±1.21)d(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率95.00%明显高于对照组的80.00%,复发率10.00%显著低于对照组的35.00%(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率2.50%明显比对照组的15.00%更低(P<0.05)。结论与传统刮宫术相比,宫腔镜下电切术能够有效提高子宫内膜息肉伴异常出血患者临床疗效,减少复发及术后并发症。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic electric resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 80 patients with endometrial polyps accompanied by abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional curettage,and the observation group was given hysteroscopic electric resection.The perioperative indexes,complications,clinical efficacy and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group has a significantly less intraoperative blood loss of(21.43±2.28)ml than(81.19±2.79)ml in the control group;the observation group had operation time of(24.36±2.48)and hospitalization time of(3.13±0.61)d,which were significantly shorter than(39.36±2.78)min and(5.94±1.21)d in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group;the recurrence rate was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 35.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(2.50%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional curettage,hysteroscopic electric resection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with endometrial polyps with abnormal uterine bleeding and reduce recurrence and postoperative complications.
