老年性阴道炎以甲硝唑片联合维生素E胶囊外用治疗的价值观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在老年性阴道炎患者的治疗中采用甲硝唑片联合维生素E胶囊外用的临床效果。方法选取80例老年性阴道炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40,采用甲硝唑片外用治疗)与研究组(n=40,采用甲硝唑片联合维生素E胶囊外用治疗)。对比两组治疗效果,治疗前后的炎性因子[白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及血清雌激素指标[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)]水平,不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率95.00%高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α均有所降低,且研究组IL-6(62.43±8.15)pg/ml、CRP(16.58±3.46)mg/L、TNF-α(38.44±2.76)pg/L低于对照组的(98.87±8.43)pg/ml、(35.43±3.85)mg/L、(61.43±3.85)pg/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FSH、LH、E2均有所改善,且研究组FSH(42.08±3.26)U/L、LH(30.23±2.35)U/L低于对照组的(53.54±3.43)、(35.67±2.44)U/L,E2(17.85±1.56)ng/ml高于对照组的(15.33±1.63)ng/ml(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,无差异(P>0.05)。结论在老年性阴道炎患者的治疗中联合运用甲硝唑片与维生素E胶囊外用能够改善血清雌激素水平,减少炎症反应,提高治疗效果且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of external application of metronidazole tablets combined with vitamin E capsules in the treatment of senile patients with vaginitis.Methods A total of 80 senile patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into control group(n=40,external application of metronidazole tablets)and study group(n=40,external application of metronidazole tablets combined with vitamin E capsules)by random number table method.Comparison of therapeutic effects,levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and serum estrogen indicators[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),serum estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)]before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the study group was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-6,CRP and TNF-αwere decreased in both groups;the study group had IL-6 of(62.43±8.15)pg/ml,CRP of(16.58±3.46)mg/L,and TNF-αof(38.44±2.76)pg/L,which were lower than(98.87±8.43)pg/ml,(35.43±3.85)mg/L,and(61.43±3.85)pg/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FSH,LH and E2 were improved in both groups;the study group had FSH of(42.08±3.26)U/L and LH of(30.23±2.35)U/L,which were lower than(53.54±3.43)and(35.67±2.44)U/L in the control group;the study group had a higher E2 of(17.85±1.56)ng/ml than(15.33±1.63)ng/ml in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of senile vaginitis,external application of metronidazole tablets combined with vitamin E capsules can improve serum estrogen levels,reduce inflammatory response,improve therapeutic effect and have high safety.
