妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价慢性盆腔炎治疗中联合应用妇科千金片、左氧氟沙星的疗效。方法92例慢性盆腔炎患者,使用抽签方法分为对照组和治疗组,每组46例。对照组开展左氧氟沙星治疗,治疗组开展妇科千金片、左氧氟沙星联合治疗。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血清炎症因子水平。结果与对照组(76.09%)对比,治疗组总有效率(95.65%)明显更高(P<0.05);与对照组的(9.22±1.25)、(8.22±1.19)、(10.32±1.45)d对比,治疗组下腹坠痛消失时间(6.18±0.76)d、腰骶疼痛消失时间(5.48±0.76)d、白带异常消失时间(7.18±1.23)d均明显较短(P<0.05);与对照组(17.39%)对比,治疗组不良反应发生率(2.17%)明显较低(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组的(5.98±0.66)mg/L、(4.29±0.66)ng/ml、(1.61±0.11)μg/L对比,治疗组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平(3.40±0.48)mg/L、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)(5.77±0.78)ng/ml、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)(1.04±0.12)μg/L明显更低(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎联合应用妇科千金片、左氧氟沙星治疗价值较高,安全性和有效性高,同时可快速改善临床症状、炎症反应,建议推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Fuke Qianjin tablets combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 92 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into control group and treatment group according to lottery method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the treatment group was treated with Fuke Qianjin tablets and levofloxacin.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,occurrence of adverse reactions and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(76.09%),the total effective rate of the treatment group(95.65%)was significantly higher(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the disappearance time of lower abdominal pain was(6.18±0.76)d,the disappearance time of lumbosacral pain was(5.48±0.76)d,and the disappearance time of abnormal leukorrhea was(7.18±1.23)d,which were significantly shorter than(9.22±1.25),(8.22±1.19),and(10.32±1.45)d in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(17.39%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(2.17%)was significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumors necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the treatment group were(3.40±0.48)mg/L,(5.77±0.78)ng/ml and(1.04±0.12)μg/L,which were significantly lower than(5.98±0.66)mg/L,(4.29±0.66)ng/ml and(1.61±0.11)μg/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of Fuke Qianjin tablets and levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has high value,high safety and effectiveness,and can quickly improve clinical symptoms and inflammatory response of patients,so it is recommended to be promoted.
