乌贝复膜散联合耳针治疗胃息肉术后黏膜损伤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析乌贝复膜散联合耳针治疗胃息肉术后黏膜损伤的临床疗效。方法纳入72例胃息肉术后黏膜损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组采用乌贝复膜散联合耳针治疗。对比两组治疗效果,中医证候积分,胃镜复查结果。结果观察组总有效率97.22%高于对照组的69.44%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分(0.24±0.10)分低于对照组的(0.36±0.17)分(P<0.05)。观察组胃镜复查总有效率97.22%高于对照组的55.56%(P<0.05)。结论乌贝复膜散联合耳针治疗胃息肉术后黏膜损伤的临床疗效显著,可有效促进患者损伤黏膜的修复,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Wubei Fumo Powder combined with ear acupuncture in treating postoperative mucosal injury of gastric polyps.Methods A total of 72 patients with postoperative mucosal injury of gastric polyps were included in the study,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Wubei Fumo Powder combined with ear acupuncture.The treatment effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,gastroscopy reexamination results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 97.22%in the observation group was higher than 69.44% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of (0.24±0.10) points in the observation group was lower than (0.36±0.17) points in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of gastroscopy reexamination in the observation group was 97.22%, which was higher than 55.56% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wubei Fumo Powder combined with ear acupuncture has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of postoperative mucosal injury of gastric polyps, which can effectively promote the repair of injured mucosa in patients, and is worthy of promotion.
