观察麻仁汤加减治疗肛肠病术后大便难的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析肛肠病术后大便难应用麻仁汤加减治疗的有效性。方法选择80例肛肠病术后大便难患者,根据随机数字表法分为参照组(采用莫沙必利治疗)及研究组(采用麻仁汤加减治疗),每组40例。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分。结果治疗后,两组的大便干结、排便时间延迟、排便困难、腹胀腹痛积分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组的大便干结、排便时间延迟、排便困难、腹胀腹痛积分分别为(1.40±0.25)、(1.05±0.23)、(0.93±0.12)、(0.66±0.11)分,低于参照组的(2.36±0.33)、(1.98±0.22)、(1.88±0.25)、(1.22±0.23)分(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率97.50%高于参照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论肛肠病术后大便难患者应用麻仁汤加减治疗效果好,可以改善症状,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of modified Maren Decoction in the treatment of postoperative defecation difficulty in anorectal surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with postoperative defecation difficulty were selected and divided into the reference group(treated with mosapride)and the study group(treated with Maren Decoction)according to random numbrical table,with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of dry stool,delayed defecation time,difficulty defecation,abdominal distension and abdominal pain in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the scores of dry stool,delayed defecation time,difficulty defecation,abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the study group were(1.40±0.25),(1.05±0.23),(0.93±0.12)and(0.66±0.11)points,which were lower than(2.36±0.33),(1.98±0.22),(1.88±0.25)and(1.22±0.23)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 97.50%in the study group was higher than 75.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Maren Decoction in the treatment of patients with defecation difficulty after anorectal surgery is good and can improve the symptoms,which is worth learning.
