宫外孕Ⅱ号方加减联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的效果及对激素水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析异位妊娠患者应用宫外孕Ⅱ号方加减与甲氨蝶呤联合治疗的疗效及对激素水平的影响。方法异位妊娠80例患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组单独使用甲氨蝶呤治疗,研究组使用宫外孕Ⅱ号方加减与甲氨蝶呤联合治疗。比较两组患者症状消失时间、激素指标[孕酮(PROG)、雌二醇(E2)]、血清β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者阴道流血消失时间(10.28±2.62)d和包块消失时间(1.29±0.53)个月均短于对照组的(13.24±2.93)d和(1.64±0.42)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的PROG(23.24±2.01)μg/L和E2(540.46±57.54)pg/ml低于对照组的(25.78±2.67)μg/L和(744.31±56.12)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者血清β-hCG(201.28±40.41)U/L低于对照组的(326.94±50.52)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率7.50%与对照组的15.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异位妊娠应用宫外孕Ⅱ号方加减联合甲氨蝶呤治疗疗效更优,可有效改善患者的激素水平,且有较高的用药安全性。Objective To analyze the curative effect of modified ectopic pregnancyⅡRecipe combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and its influence on hormone levels.Methods 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into study group and control group,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with methotrexate alone,and the study group was treated with modified ectopic pregnancyⅡRecipe and methotrexate.The symptom disappearance time,hormone indexes[progesterone(PROG),estradiol(E2)],serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of vaginal bleeding and mass in the study group were(10.28±2.62)d and(1.29±0.53)months,which were shorter than(13.24±2.93)d and(1.64±0.42)months in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had PROG of(23.24±2.01)μg/L and E2 of(540.46±57.54)pg/ml,which were lower than(25.78±2.67)μg/L and(744.31±56.12)pg/ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had a lower serumβ-hCG of(201.28±40.41)U/L than(326.94±50.52)U/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%,and there was no statistical significance compared with 15.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Ectopic pregnancyⅡRecipe has significant curative effect on ectopic pregnancy,which can effectively improve the hormone level of patients,and has a high medication safety.
