偏头痛患者治疗中应用天麻钩藤饮+清震汤的疗效及对患者头痛程度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析偏头痛患者治疗中应用天麻钩藤饮+清震汤的疗效及对患者头痛程度的影响。方法实验对象为80例偏头痛患者,按摸球法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组以盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组以天麻钩藤饮+清震汤治疗。比较两组疗效、偏头痛发作次数、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、证候积分、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组偏头痛发作次数均少于治疗前,VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组偏头痛发作次数(1.12±0.13)次/个月少于对照组的(1.76±0.32)次/个月,VAS评分(1.01±0.14)分低于对照组的(1.88±0.23)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组头痛、恶心、畏光积分均低于治疗前,且观察组头痛积分(0.45±0.05)分、恶心积分(0.46±0.04)分、畏光积分(0.34±0.05)分低于对照组的(0.64±0.08)、(1.01±0.13)、(0.56±0.08)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率2.50%低于对照组的20.00%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论偏头痛患者应用天麻钩藤饮+清震汤治疗疗效确切,头痛发作次数显著减少,头痛程度明显减轻,对缓解恶心、畏光等症状也有理想疗效,且使用安全,临床可推广应用。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Tianma Guteng Drink+Qingzhen Decoction on migraine patients and its influence on headache severity of patients.Methods 80 migraine patients as experimental subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to ball-touching method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Tianma Guteng Drink+Qingzhen Decoction.The curative effect,frequency of migraine attacks,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,syndrome score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of migraine attacks in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the VAS score was lower than that before treatment;the frequency of migraine attacks in the observation group was(1.12±0.13)times per month,which was less than(1.76±0.32)times per month in the control group;the VAS score in the observation group was(1.01±0.14)points,which was lower than(1.88±0.23)points in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of headache,nausea and photophobia in both groups were lower than those before treatment;in the observation group,the headache score was(0.45±0.05)points,the nausea score was(0.46±0.04)points and the photophobia score was(0.34±0.05)points,which were lower than(0.64±0.08),(1.01±0.13)and(0.56±0.08)points in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.50%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianma Guteng Drink+Qingzhen Decoction in the treatment of migraine patients is effective,the frequency of headache attacks is significantly reduced,the headache severity is significantly reduced,and it also has an ideal effect on relievi
