清咽散瘀汤治疗肺胃蕴热型小儿腺样体肥大的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究肺胃蕴热型小儿腺样体肥大应用清咽散瘀汤治疗的效果。方法80例肺胃蕴热型小儿腺样体肥大患儿,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患儿接受通窍鼻炎片治疗,观察组患儿接受清咽散瘀汤治疗。对比两组患儿中医证候评分以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸、舌质舌苔、鼻咽侧位片评分分别为(0.72±0.15)、(1.15±0.26)、(0.33±0.06)、(1.08±0.22)、(1.14±0.12)分,与对照组的(1.89±0.28)、(2.81±0.43)、(0.67±0.12)、(2.15±0.34)、(2.33±0.26)分相比均明显更低(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率(90.00%)和对照组(65.00%)相比明显更高(P<0.05)。结论清咽散瘀汤应用于肺胃蕴热型小儿腺样体肥大临床治疗中,可以促进疾病相关症状改善,具有理想的临床疗效。Objective To study the effect of Qingyan Sanyu decoction in the treatment of children with adenoid hyperplasia of lung-stomach stasis heat type.Methods 80 children with adenoid hypertrophy of lungstomach stasis heat type as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,each consisting of 40 cases.The control group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan tablets,and the observation group was treated with Qingyan Sanyu decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,snoring,mouth opening breathing,tongue texture and coating,and nasopharyngeal lateral film in the observation group were(0.72±0.15),(1.15±0.26),(0.33±0.06),(1.08±0.22)and(1.14±0.12)points,which were significantly lower than(1.89±0.28),(2.81±0.43),(0.67±0.12),(2.15±0.34)and(2.33±0.26)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Qingyan Sanyu decoction in the clinical treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy of lung-stomach stasis heat type can promote the improvement of disease-related symptoms and has ideal clinical efficacy.
