摘　　要：通过探讨1例糖尿病合并高甘油三酯血症患者的调脂药物治疗与药学监护情况,力争为临床合理用药提供参考。本文对1例糖尿病合并高甘油三酯血症患者的调脂药物治疗方案进行分析,并为患者制定个体化的药学服务目标。临床药师协助医师制定调脂治疗方案,根据患者具体情况及时进行方案调整及药学监护,以求达到最佳治疗效果及降低药物副作用发生率。This paper explores the lipid-regulating drug therapy and pharmaceutical care of a case of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertriglyceridemia,and strive to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.In this paper,the plans of lipid-regulating drugs for a patient with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertriglyceridemia has been analyzed,and individualized pharmaceutical care goals is established for the patient.Clinical pharmacists assist physicians in formulating lipid-regulating treatment plans,and timely adjust the plans and pharmaceutical care according to the specific conditions of patients,in order to achieve the best treatment effect and reduce the incidence of drug side effects.
