分期康复、激励护理与创新观点干预对脑出血患者术后运动功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分期康复、激励护理与创新观点干预对脑出血患者术后运动功能的影响。方法选取70例脑出血术后患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施分期康复、激励护理与创新观点干预。比较两组患者干预前后运动功能评分,干预前后日常生活活动能力评分,并发症发生率,满意度及康复依从性。结果干预后,两组运动功能评分均高于干预前,观察组运动功能评分(75.3±8.2)分显著高于对照组的(62.5±7.1)分(P<0.05)。干预后,两组日常生活活动能力评分均高于干预前,观察组日常生活活动能力评分(73.8±7.9)分显著高于对照组的(60.2±6.8)分(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.7%显著低于对照组的28.6%(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度评分(88.6±7.5)分显著高于对照组的(75.2±6.8)分,康复依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分期康复、激励护理与创新观点干预可有效促进脑出血患者术后运动功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度和康复依从性。Objective To explore the effects of staged rehabilitation,motivational nursing and innovative perspective intervention on postoperative motor function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 70 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given staged rehabilitation,motivational nursing and innovative perspective intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The motor function score and activities of daily living score before and after intervention,complication rate,satisfaction and rehabilitation compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the motor function score in both groups was higher than that before intervention,and the observation group had a significantly higher motor function scores of(75.3±8.2)points than(62.5±7.1)points in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the activities of daily living score in both groups was higher than that before intervention,and the observation group had a significantly higher activities of daily living score of(73.8±7.9)points than(60.2±6.8)points in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a significantly lower complication rate of 5.7%than 28.6%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of(88.6±7.5)points in the observation group was significantly higher than(75.2±6.8)points in the control group,and the rehabilitation compliance was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged rehabilitation,motivational nursing and innovative perspective intervention can effectively promote the recovery of motor function,reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient satisfaction and rehabilitation compliance.
