摘　　要：目的分析中国医药制造业技术创新效率与区域经济的耦合协调机制和驱动路径,为实现两系统之间的协调发展提供优化策略。方法采用耦合协调度模型测算中国30个省、自治区、直辖市的医药制造业技术创新效率与区域经济的耦合协调度,基于“物理(Wuli)-事理(Shili)-人理(Renli)”(WSR)方法论,运用模糊集定性分析法(Fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis,fsQCA)从组态视角分析两系统耦合协调发展的联动效应。结果中国医药制造业技术创新效率与区域经济耦合协调度总体水平有待提高,不同省份存在明显差异;单个条件变量无法影响医药制造业技术创新效率与区域经济耦合协调发展;产生高水平耦合协调度的驱动路径有3条。结论各地区应结合自身资源禀赋及条件因素选择差异化的发展路径,有效推动医药制造业技术创新效率与区域经济耦合协调发展。OBJECTIVE To analyze the coupling coordination mechanism and driving path between technological innovation efficiency and regional economy in China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and provide optimization strategies for achieving coordinated development between the two systems.METHODS A coupling coordination degree model was used to analyze the coupling and coordinated development relationship between the technological innovation efficiency of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and regional economy in 30 provinces,municipalities,autonomous regions and directly governed cities in China.Based on the WSR methodology,the Fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method was used to analyze the linkage effect of the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems from a configuration perspective.RESULTS The overall level of coupling and coordination between technological innovation efficiency and regional economy in China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry needed to be improved,and there were significant differences among different provinces;A single conditional variable could not affect the coupling and coordinated development of technological innovation efficiency and regional economy in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry;There were 3 driving paths that generate high-level coupling coordination.CONCLUSION Each region should choose a differentiated development path based on its own resource endowment and conditional factors,effectively promoting the coupling and coordinated development of technological innovation efficiency and regional economy in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
