摘 要:短期内大量且高频服用酒精导致的急性酒精性肝损伤严重危害了患者的生命健康,其发生率近年来也显著提升。天然多酚是从植物中提取的活性成分,具有抗炎和抗氧化等功效,且其因独特的化学结构而显示出更高的类药性。目前,已发现数十种对急性酒精性肝损伤具有治疗作用的天然多酚,而探究相关作用机制将为其深度开发及新型药物设计提供重要参考。本文首先介绍了急性酒精性肝损伤的发病原因,然后在概述天然多酚结构及功效的基础上,总结讨论了其治疗急性酒精性肝损伤的作用机制,最后对天然多酚的未来研究重点作了展望。Acute alcoholic liver injury resulting from the large quantity and high frequency of alcohol intake over a short time seriously harms patients’health,and has increased significantly in recent years.Natural polyphenols,which are bioactive compounds extracted from plants,possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties,and demonstrate higher drug-like properties due to their unique chemical structures.Currently,dozens of natural polyphenols have been identified with therapeutic effects for acute alcoholic liver injury,and exploring the relevant mechanisms will undoubtedly provide important reference for their depth development as well as new drug design.This review firstly introduce the pathogenesis of acute alcoholic liver injury,and then summarize the mechanisms of treating acute alcoholic liver injury by natural polyphenols based on their structure and function,and finally propose the research focus for future development of natural polyphenols.
