摘 要:动物类中药是传统中药的重要组成部分,具有活性强、显效快等优势。然而,动物类中药成分物质基础不明确,质量标准较低,限制了其进一步开发利用。蛋白多肽类成分是动物类中药的重要组成部分,其含量较高、成分种类丰富,且具有一定的成分专属性和药效活性,因此,针对蛋白多肽类成分进行分析,并筛选若干特征成分作为质量控制指标具有重要意义。近年来,随着蛋白多肽分析技术的不断发展,动物类中药的研究水平得到极大提升。本文回顾和总结了动物类中药中蛋白多肽类成分研究的策略、方法和技术,特别是基于液相色谱-质谱联用的蛋白质组学技术在动物类中药中的应用情况,并对动物类中药的未来研究方向和前景进行了展望。Animal-derived traditional Chinese medicines is an important part of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs),which usually exhibits remarkable and rapid effect.However,the chemical composition of animal-derived TCMs is unclear and the quality standard is relatively low,which limits its further development and utilization.Proteins and peptides are important components of animal-derived TCMs,which usually in high content and diverse in compositions,and usually possess characteristic structures and pharmacological activity.Therefore,the analysis and quality control of these components are important and meaningful.In recent years,with the continuous development of proteins and peptides analysis technology,the research level of animal-derived TCMs has been greatly improved.This paper reviewed and summarized the strategies,methods and techniques for the study of proteins and peptides in animal-derived TCMs,especially the application of proteomics technologies based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and also discussed the future orientations and prospects in animal-derived TCMs.
