摘 要:目前,非公路宽体车行业的相关企业普遍面临技术人才短缺和能力不足、人才流动性较大、新生力量补充不足等问题。以企业技术人才培养方法为研究命题,指出非公路宽体车企业技术人才应具备的基本能力、专业能力和综合能力,从师带徒、岗位分工、一线锻炼、交流培训、构建激励机制、打通人才成长通道、加强人才梯队建设等多个视角提出非公路宽体车企业技术人才培养方法,并在具体工作实践中予以落地应用,产生了良好的效果,为企业可持续发展打下人才基础,也为其他企业技术人才培养提供参考。Nowadays,various enterprises in the off-highway wide-body vehicle industry are generally faced with problems such as shortage of technical talents and lack of ability,talent mobility,and insufficient replenishment of new forces.This paper takes the training method of enterprise technical talents as the research proposition,points out the basic ability,professional ability and comprehensive ability that technical talents of wide-body vehicle enterprises should have,and puts forward the training method of technical talents of off-highway wide-body vehicle enterprises from the perspectives of mentoring,job division,front-line training,exchange training,construction of incentive mechanism,opening up the talent growth channel,and strengthening the construction of talent echelon.It has been applied in the specific work practice,and has produced good results,laying a talent foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises,and also providing a reference for the training of technical talents in other enterprises.
