摘 要:基于充电站建设维护成本及车辆抵达充电站的旅途成本两个目标维度,构建了一个多目标规划模型,并设置了电网负荷约束、充电站定容、应急行驶时间约束等多种约束,以长沙市某规划区路网情况为实例,运用遗传算法进行优化求解,得出了该规划区内设置充电站的最优解。通过这一模型,能精确地优化充电站位置、充电桩数量等资源配置问题,可应用于包括长沙在内的其他城区电动汽车充电站规划,有利于市内路网情况下电动汽车充电站的建设。This paper constructs a multi-objective programming model based on two objective dimensions:the construction and maintenance cost of charging stations and the travel cost of vehicles arriving at charging stations.Multiple constraints are set,including grid load constraints,charging station capacity constraints,and emergency travel time constraints.Taking the road network situation in a planning area in Changsha as an example,genetic algorithm is used for optimization and solution,and the optimal solution for setting up charging stations in the planning area is obtained.Through this model,the resource allocation problems such as the location of charging stations and the number of charging piles can be accurately optimized,which can be applied to the planning of electric vehicle charging stations in other urban areas,including Changsha,and is conducive to the construction of electric vehicle charging stations under the urban road network.
