摘 要:以一款在研纯电动环卫车专用底盘为原型,在调试阶段,驾驶员反馈整车静止时正常挂上R挡,松开手刹后踩小油门车往前挪动,回N挡后问题消失。虽然该故障发生的概率低,但有发生的可能性,必须找到该问题的原因。最后通过采集数据、分析数据、优化软件控制程序、台架耐久验证等措施成功解决上述问题,此研究对解决变速箱挡位异常有着极为重要的指导意义。Based on a prototype of a pure electric sanitation vehicle under development,during the debugging phase,the driver reported that the vehicle was normally in R gear when it was stationary.After releasing the handbrake and stepping on the gas pedal,the vehicle moved forward and the problem disappeared after returning to N gear.Although the probability of this malfunction occurring is low,there is a possibility of it happening,and it is necessary to find the cause of the problem.Finally,the above problems were successfully solved through measures such as data collection,data analysis,optimization of software control programs,and bench durability verification,which has extremely important guiding significance for solving abnormal transmission gear positions.
