摘　　要：设计了一种多坡度作业用防爆洗扫车供水系统,该系统可使传统洗扫车在煤矿井下复杂的、多坡度、大坡度、长坡度巷道路面稳定作业,有效避免上下坡度时清洗水压力的波动或断流,确保了巷道路面清扫、清洗作业的效果和效率,使机械化清扫能够有效替代现有的人工清扫作业,弥补人工清扫所需人员多、人员劳动强度大、清扫效果不理想等不足。A water supply system of explosion-proof cleaning sweeper truck is designed for multi-slope operations,which can enable traditional cleaning sweeper truck to operate stably on complex,multi-slope,steep-gradient,and long-incline tunnel surfaces in underground coal mines.This system effectively eliminates water pressure fluctuations or interruptions during slope transitions,ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency,by enabling mechanized cleaning to replace manual cleaning,it addresses critical limitations of manual cleaning,including excessive workforce demand,high labor intensity,and inconsistent cleaning outcomes.
