摘  要:传统洒水车大多是通过变速箱处取力器连接传动轴来驱动水泵进行作业的。当车辆挂上取力器作业时,换挡较为困难。同时受变速箱处取力影响,踩下离合器踏板后,取力中断,水泵无法连续喷洒。如果油门过大,易造成水泵超转速运行而损坏。为此,研究了一种配有全功率取力器的洒水车,该车用液压马达驱动水泵,通过变量泵+电液比例阀控制系统流量,实现水泵的无级调速,并且上装工作与底盘行驶完全分离,提高了洒水车驾驶员的驾驶舒适性。Traditional sprinkler trucks mostly use a power take-off(PTO)connected to the transmission to drive the water pump through the drive shaft.When the vehicle engages the PTO for operation,gear shifting becomes challenging.Additionally,due to the power extraction from the transmission,the PTO disengages when the clutch pedal is depressed,interrupting continuous water spraying.Excessive throttle input may cause pump overspeed and damage.To address these issues,a sprinkler truck equipped with a fullpower PTO has been developed.This system employs a hydraulic motor to drive the water pump,utilizing a variable displacement pump combined with an electro-hydraulic proportional valve to control flow rates.This achieves stepless speed regulation for the pump while completely decoupling the vehicle-mounted operations from chassis movement.The innovation enhances driving comfort for operators and optimizes operational efficiency.
