摘  要:在动力电池的运行环节中,电池电芯会释放出一定的热量。鉴于电芯的理想工作温度区间较为有限(一般在20~40℃之间),若不能迅速且有效地将热量排出,就有可能引起电池过热失控,产生电池冒烟、自燃甚至爆炸等严重的安全隐患,严重影响电池的性能指标及其使用寿命。先进的高导热胶粘剂可以促进电芯之间以及电芯与散热系统如液冷管之间的热量传递效率,保证电池在合适的温度范围内运作,实现均匀散热并减少电芯间的温度差,这对于完善电池的热管理机制、增强电池安全性能和综合性能具有极其重要的作用。During the operation of power batteries,the battery cells release a certain amount of heat.Given that the ideal operating temperature range of battery cells is relatively limited generally between 20℃and 40℃,if heat cannot be quickly and effectively dissipated,it may cause the battery to overheat and lose control,leading to serious safety hazards such as smoking,spontaneous combustion,and even explosion.This will also seriously affect the performance indicators and service life of the battery.Advanced high thermal conductivity adhesives can promote heat transfer efficiency between battery cells and between battery cells and cooling systems such as liquid cooling pipes,ensuring that the battery operates within a suitable temperature range,achieving uniform heat dissipation and reducing temperature differences between battery cells.This plays an extremely important role in improving the thermal management mechanism of batteries,enhancing battery safety performance,and overall performance.
